Eric Stonehill

Eric has been a Co-op member since 2018. He often shopped at the Southeast Asian market and thinks the location is great. Eric is a chemical engineer and project manager. His work ranges from early conceptual design through to turn-over to operations. Past works include the High West Distillery and the Level Crossing Brewing Company. He currently oversees a $250M portfolio of massive water-conscious, pesticide-free greenhouses designed to proliferate clean leafy greens.​ Eric will likely bring his skills to the Planning Committee.
