Missy Greis

Missy grew up in Aspen, Colorado and received her BS in exercise physiology before moving to Utah in 1997. She has served on many local boards including  Breathe Utah, and currently serves on the board of directors for Spy Hop and the Salt Lake City Police Foundation. She is the owner and founder of Publik Concepts, which includes Publik Coffee (multiple locations), Publik Kitchen, and Publik Ed’s.
