Fong Hsu

Fong is a Salt Lake native and intellectual property attorney by profession. He is also a certified water sommelier and is passionate about food and beverage. He was the kid in the 90s whose mom shopped for groceries at New Frontiers and packed his lunch with Blue Sky natural soda and Adam's PBJ sandwiches, when all he wanted was Coke and Cheetos like the other kids. But his mom was right, and he realized that obsessing over ingredient lists is a necessary skill in our food system. After leaving Utah for law school and a stint in Washington D.C., he returned to Salt Lake in 2012 and continues to marvel at the growth of the city. In his free time he enjoys baby hikes, 9 holes of golf, travel, and bike riding.
