Wasatch Co-op is Salt Lake City’s first member-owned, community-focused grocery cooperative, dedicated to supporting local producers, strengthening regional food systems, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for everyone.
As we prepare to open, we’re building a passionate leadership team to help bring this vision to life. We are currently accepting applications for the following full-time management positions:
Operations Manager
Grocery Manager
Produce Manager
Customer Service Manager
About These Roles
Our managers play a critical role in shaping store culture, supporting staff development, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. These positions are hands-on, collaborative, and ideal for leaders who care deeply about people, food, and community.
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail, grocery, or operations leadership experience (varies by role)
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up retail environment
Commitment to cooperative values and community-centered work
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
