Fabi, a German native who moved to Utah in 2022, has a background in teaching and thus brings an eye for detail as well as strong organizational skills. He was on the board of both of the schools he previously worked for and most enjoyed community-focused initiatives and strategic planning of outreach and communication. As a big fan of farmers' markets and a firm believer in voting with your dollar / supporting local businesses, Fabi was thrilled to hear that SLC is getting a co-op. He spends his free time entertaining his dog, learning about gardening, and exploring the Wasatch (aka the world's best playground).
