Missy Greis

Missy grew up in Aspen, Colorado and received her BS in exercise physiology before moving to Utah in 1997. She has served on many local boards and currently serves on the board of directors for Spy Hop and the Salt Lake City Police Foundation. She is the founder and owner of Publik Concepts, which includes Publik Coffee, Publik Kitchen, Publik Space and Publik Ed’s.

Missy has been the Chair of the Development Committee since 2024.
