Stephanie Buranek

Stephanie is a commercial real estate professional specializing in leasing and sales of retail properties at Mountain West Commercial. She is passionate about implementing changes to Salt Lake City’s landscape by working with local retailers that contribute to a more diverse and sustainable city. That passion extends to the Co-op’s triple-bottom line business approach to enhance Utah’s local food economy.

 

Stephanie’s real estate expertise spearheaded the Co-op’s site selection process and pre-construction phase of development.

Stephanie chaired the board until December 2025.
