Our Store

We are committed to building OUR store!

May 20, 2023, the Board of Directors signed a lease for our store location - The Milk Block located at 416 East 900 South. Which will soon become a hub for local retailers anchored by Wasatch Cooperative Market. The store is 6,540 SF and will sell accessible healthy foods that are sustainably sourced, and that reflect our commitment to the local food economy. Thea anticipated grand opening is Fall of 2025!

Wasatch Cooperative's Commitment to Local

WCM’s commitment to local means, we will source as many products as possible locally, providing honesty and transparency in our product promotion and excel in education and outreach. With those goals in mind, we have created a preliminary store design that reflects those goals. Our store includes the following departments: produce, bulk, wellness, grocery, dairy, meat and seafood, deli and prepared foods and plenty of seating for our community to gather in.

The redevelopment has been named the "Milk Block" after former San Franscisco councilman and humanist Harvey Milk. It will feature community art and sculptures, outdoor plaza space and other amenities. The Milk Block will become a vibrant center for commerce connecting the East and West districts of the city.
